System requirements for viewing content on Asset TV

Browser Support

We regularly test the performance of our products and features on stable versions of major browsers. This article lists the browsers that we officially support.

Warning

Asset TV will not work without Javascript enabled. This should be enabled by default in most circumstances. If in doubt you should contact your IT department.

We rigorously test the web player on the latest version of the following browsers unless otherwise specified. We consider fixing bugs that occur on older versions that have greater than 0.5% global usage as defined by the “Can I use” usage table or internal data. Though we periodically add coverage for more vendors, at this time we are unable to ensure playback or affirm that specific features work on any that are not listed below.

Warning

Internet Explorer Support

Internet Explorer is not supported by Asset TV/Insure TV, some functionality may work, however we are unable to offer any support for usage with Internet Explorer.

Please note Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and you should consider using an alternative browser.

Network Support and Security

All traffic for Asset TV/Insure TV is sent over HTTP port 443 and secured using TLS. This traffic is fully encrypted between you and our servers.

In most cases you won't need to do anything to allow Asset TV/Insure TV to work, however in some corporate IT environments it may be necessary to whitelist the domains we require. A list of domains can be found below:
