Why have I stopped receiving emails?

You may have unsubscribed by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an Asset TV email. Your email address can also be unsubscribed if you forward an email to someone else and they click on the unsubscribe button.

To resubscribe, please contact us, providing your name and email address, so we can re-add you to our list.

Troubleshooting

If you are still having trouble receiving our emails, it is also possible that email server issues may have stopped our emails from getting to your inbox. If you send the below details to your IT team, they can whitelist our domains and IP addresses to make sure you're able to receive emails.

The domains we send from are:

  • asset.tv
  • mailassettv.com and
  • emailatv.com

The return-path sending domains that our ESP use are:

  • cmail.com, cmail1.com through cmail20.com
  • createsend.com, createsend1.com through createsend20.com

If these don’t work, here are the IP addresses that your domain server may be blocking:
